Steve Frellick, the owner, has more than 15 years of experience as a builder in the high-end market, and caries an “Unlimited” builder’s license. Cornerstone’s trademark is the construction of Timberpeg® Post & Beam homes.

Cornerstone incorporates green building into all of its homes, is a member of the Green Building Council, and can also construct a fully certified NC HealthyBuilt Home. While Cornerstone’s reputation for building the highest quality homes in Asheville has grown exponentially over the past few years, Cornerstone has stayed small & exclusive in order to stick to its commitment of providing first-rate, hands-on customer service to each of its unique clients.
